Knot Theory ties are designed to fit both men and women. The ties are adjustable in length to fit different heights and also different waist lines (So you can shorten it for a high waisted skirt, or lengthen it for a mid-rise pant). You don't need to re-tie the tie in order to adjust its length! The ideal height for Knot Theory ties is between 5'2" and 6'3".
